The Notorious B.I.G.'s mother Voletta Wallace has weighed in on the legal drama surrounding Diddy.

In a statement she provided to Rolling Stone on Thursday, May 30, Biggie's mom admits she didn't want to believe all the sexual and physical abuse allegations that were detailed in at least eight lawsuits filed against her late son's business partner. In light of the disturbing video of Diddy assaulting Cassie and the other mounting allegations from the outlet's latest investigation into the Bad Boy founder, Wallace feels "ashamed and embarrassed."

“I’m sick to my stomach,” she says.

“I’m praying for Cassie," she continues. "I’m praying for his mother. I don’t want to believe the things that I’ve heard, but I’ve seen [the hotel video]. I pray that he apologizes to her."

“I hope that I see Sean one day and the only thing I want to do is slap the daylights out of him,” she adds. “And you can quote me on that. Because I liked him. I didn’t want to believe all the awful things, but I’m so ashamed and embarrassed.”

Wallace's thoughts about Diddy come shortly after CNN reported federal investigators are currently gathering more evidence and speaking with the artist's accusers in preparation for a potential criminal indictment. Several accusers have been told that they may be called upon to testify in front of a grand jury in New York City. The potential witnesses have not been prepped for testimony just yet. However, sources with knowledge of the situation say the feds want to ensure the looming indictment is "bulletproof."

In response to the federal investigation and the other lawsuits against Diddy, Wallace says, “I leave it to time.”
