White Chicken Chili Recipe To Keep You Warm This Winter!

Check out this tasty, easy recipe to keep you warm this winter! Pair it with your favorite toppings like sour cream, tortilla strips or warm cornbread. All of the ingredients can easily be found at your local Acme Markets. Their O Organics and Signature products makes this soup so delicious!

Ingredients

·Chicken Breasts –fresh thighs/skinless breast

·White Beans – 1 can of any type of white canned beans

·Corn – 1 can

·Chicken Broth – 1-2 cans

·Sweet Yellow Onion – chopped

·Green Chiles – 1small can of green chiles or

·Half and Half- ½ cup

·Cream Cheese – room temperature

·Seasonings – paprika, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder salt and pepper

Step-by-Step Directions

Step 1 – Add seasoned chicken breasts to crockpot with a teaspoon of olive oil and ¼ cup of water and cook on low for 4 hours.

Step 2- Remove chicken breast, shred then add back to the pot with, drained beans, drained corn, seasonings, onion, green chilies, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.

Step 2 – Cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Stir occasionally.

Step 3 –Add the cream cheese and half and half for desired thickness. Stir.

Step 4 – Stir and serve with your favorite toppings (tortillas, cornbread etc.)
