Loraine Ballard Morrill speaks with Craig Kimmel of Kimmel & Silverman. Kimmel talks about how consumers can receive redress if they’re besieged by collection calls and robocalls on their cell phones. Consumers can receive $500.00 per robocall when collectors don’t follow the rules. Loraine also speaks with Cheryl Rice, the founder of the You Matter Marathon (No Running Required) whose goal is to create and enrich positive connections between people and within communities. Loraine also chats with young people whose lives have been positively impacted by Valley Youth House – which provides shelter and life skills for homeless youth and youth in foster care. They’re partnering with Five Below and iHeartRadio for the Backpack Challenge – collecting school supplies and money for scholarships for foster care youth heading back to school.
