Loraine Ballard Morrill speaks with WOAR’s Executive Director Monique Howard about the history of the organization, the services and advocacy they provide and the expansion of outreach to men and the LGTBQ community. Also discussed - the upcoming Bridge of Courage Awards on April 11th and Hands Around City Hall April 28th to raise awareness about sexual violence.
