This year’s music inductees include Gladys Knight & The Pips, Mitch Ryder, Patti LaBelle, James Brown, Mary Wells, Dennis Coffey, Lenny Williams, Isaac Hayes, Carl Carlton, The Impressions, The Valadiers, The Marvelettes and radio personality Clarance "Foody" Rome. The honorees for special awards will be The Temptations (R&B Group of the 20th Century), Rev. Al Sharpton (The Living Legend Award), Martha Reeves (R&B Music Icon Award) and U.S. Congresswomen Brenda Lawrence (The LaMont D. Robinson Visionary Award). The induction ceremony is set for Sunday, June 11th at Detroit's Music Hall.
