In this edition of Insight – Loraine Ballard Morrill speaks with Angela Foreshaw-Rouse from AARP PA about identity theft and how to prevent it – especially among our elders.
Loraine features an excerpt of a town hall held in our iHeart Performance Theater featuring young people who are part of the The #RealTalkTobacco #RISE Youth Summit taking place April 29th at WHYY. It’s a convening of 150 youth leaders from around the Philadelphia and Southeastern PA area who are currently engaged in or are passionate about public health advocacy work including tobacco control and prevention. Loraine Ballard Morrill speaks with Amanda Irizarry, Advocacy Institute Program Coordinator (Health Promotion Council), Tijay Daniels, Youth Ambassador, Ricardo Calderon, Director of Philadelphia Youth Commission Jada Rasulallah, Youth Ambassador and Rev. Jesse Brown, Community Leader.
Finally – a special treat Loraine brings in three professional women who not only excel in the corporate world but are amazing singers - they call themselves Project Songbird: Romona Riscoe Benson, Mellanie Lassiter and Sharon Powell.
