Police were called to a Waffle House in Alabama after a black woman - Chikesia Clemons - allegedly was waiting for a manager's number because the restaurant wanted to charge her extra for plastic utensils then canceled her order. With her breast already exposed, an officer can be heard during the arrest telling Clemons, "I'm about to break your arm, that's what I'm about to do." If you watch the video closely below, you can see another officer place his hand around Clemons' neck.
Since the video of Clemons' arrest has been released and an active investigation opened by the Saraland Police Department, the Alabama Waffle House stands by its decision to call the police for intervention.
