Moesha star Shar Jackson had a temporary restraining order placed against her last week. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the father of Jackson's two-year-old granddaughter - actor Chris Massey - claims the baby had a 4-inch "razor cut" across her forehead when he picked her up from a weeks-long visit with mom and grandma in May. Massey says his daughter, Mariah, blamed grandma Shar. No word from the mother yet, Shar's daughter Cassalei Jackson. Massey is the one who demanded court ordered protection.

Chris says he confronted Shar ... but she said she intended to "do whatever she wants."
A judge granted Chris' request, ordering Shar stay at least 50 yards away from the kid. Shar's rep tells us, "Shar categorically denies all of this nonsense, as it it completely fabricated and from the mouth of a very troubled individual. Period."
