The newest Carter family member has arrived and Blue Ivy is now a big sister at the age of 5! A source close to Beyoncé and Jay Z confirms to PEOPLE the couple have welcomed their twins. According to the source, "Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends." The Carters haven't publicly shared the news themselves as of yet, but we're sure the anticipation is building within the Bey-hive.
