We Remember Claude Lewis, Pioneer In Black Journalism

We remember Claude Lewis who passed away at the age of 82 after a battle with diabetes. A pioneer in black journalism, Lewis, was a founding member of both the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) and the Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists (PABJ). Lewis made history as the first person of color to write a regular newspaper column in Philadelphia.
