On tonight's Oscars, host Jimmy Kimmel had the entire audience surprise a group of tourists on live, national television. Two of those tourists were Gary and Vicki from Chicago. When Kimmel found out the two were engaged, he encouraged Vicki's favorite actor Denzel Washington to "officiate" the couple's wedding. Watch as Washington was a good sport about it below. Kimmel had to (jokingly) assure Vicki and Gary, "He's Denzel, so it's legal."
