Please note, to ensure the comfort of all attendees, all ticket holders will need to present proof of a COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks after second dose) or printed proof of a negative test within 48 hours of the start time of the event to receive admittance.

I purchased a ticket for the event back in 2020 – is my ticket still valid?

Unfortunately, no as the event was officially cancelled and all ticket sales were refunded in 2021. Therefore, tickets purchased for the event originally scheduled in 2020 will not be honored.

 

What time are doors for the event?

Doors for the event open at 11:00am, with lunch being served at approximately 11:45am (TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE).

 

Are masks required?

Yes, we must ask that you plan to wear a mask when not actively eating or drinking.

 

How will seating take place?

When you purchase your ticket(s), you will have the option to choose your seat(s) - you must purchase your tickets via laptop or desktop in order to participate in this option - mobile orders will not workYou must click on the MAP in order to have the option to choose your seatsPlease note that the map is just a guideline and should be used as such as table/chair placement is not exact to scale and is subject to changePlease note that once you purchase your ticket(s), you will not be able to change your seat. Therefore, if you are purchasing tickets with other people and would like all seating to be together, please coordinate your purchase before making the transaction online. You will not be able to switch seats after purchases have been made, or on the day of the event. We must also ask that you do not try to save someone a seat. The only seat you will be entitled to will be the seat(s) that you purchase.

 

Is this event handicap accessible?

Yes, there are elevators and escalators at the venue that transport you to the floor where the event will take place. As far as seating, we ask that you arrive no later than 10:45am and notify a WDAS representative when you arrive so that we can ensure that you are seated comfortably.

 

Who will be performing at the event?

Performance lineup is still to be determined, so keep checking back for more info!

 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Live! Casino and Hotel is easily accessible via public transportation or ride share. For those that choose to drive, parking will be available for a discounted fee at the casino. 

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There are no age requirements, however, we do ask that you refrain from bringing small children to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience.

 

What is included with lunch?

Lunch will include a two course luncheon plated meal with a dessert and unlimited water and iced tea.

 

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, refunds will not be made available for this event.

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, we must ask that you bring your printed ticket(s) to the event to ensure a smooth check-in process when you arrive.
