Ulysses Samuel "Ukee" Washington III is a news co-anchor famous for his work on the weekday evening newscast on CBS3 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Washington also made stops as a sports reporter in Fort Myers, Florida and Atlanta, GA before arriving in Philadelphia.Washington hosted the local teen issues discussion show "Rap Around’ on KYW, and is a distant cousin to legendary actor Denzel Washington. The Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphiainducted Washington into their Hall of Fame in 2008, and he remains the premier face and talent for the KYW-FM news team as well as being a household name in the city of Philadelphia.
