18-year-old Zemarcuis Devon Scott planned on the night of July 4th to go to the OTRII and planned to fly himself there! Zemarcuis entered the cockpit of the American Eagle jet at Texarkana Regional Airport and planned to make his way to the concert. What won't people do to see Bey?
On Monday, Zemarcuis was arrested and remained jailed until Thursday on commercial burglary and attempted theft of property charges.
Here's the truth, I understand why he did it, but it doesn't make it right! Beyonce & Jay-Z came to Philly and I must say "I would have taken a plane to see that performance!", I say that jokingly, but this young man has some reevaluating to assess because this is quiet excessive!
