Is the friendship over between Reality Star Kandi Burruss and Singer Fantasia? The two besties are reportedly at odds over Fantasia's behavior at Kandi’s wedding. Kandi, former Xscape member and co-star of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta, married her fiancé Todd Tucker. It’s been a rough journey for Burruss and Tucker because her mother can’t stand him and feels he is after Burruss' money. She's a successful songwriter who has written number one hits like No Scrubs for TLC and Bills, Bills, Bills for Destiny's Child. At the wedding reception, Fantasia was asked to give a toast, and that’s when the curse words and vulgarity poured out. Was Fantasia drunk? Was she trying to be cute? Guests were horrified at her behavior, and the former American Idol champ was told to step away from the mic and sit down. Kandi was shocked. She was questioning her friendship with Fantasia after such an embarrassing incident, but Kandi says she still has love Fantasia.

Speaking of Fantasia, she's part of The Dell Music Center's Summer 2014 season. Everything kicks off Thursday, July 10th with The O’Jays and Will Downing. Will is also back with a new project called Euphoria. His stop at the Dell is part of his summer tour promoting the CD. Some of the artists scheduled to perform at the Dell include Roberta Flack, Peabo Bryson, Dru Hill, The Bar-Kays, Lakeside, L.T.D., Lenny Williams, The Average White Band and Larry Graham & Graham Central Station on The Masters Of Funk show. Keep it here as we announce more acts coming to the Dell….yes, we will have more to announce!

Jesse Jackson, Jr. is having a hard time adjusting to prison life. The former congressman is serving a 2 ½ year prison term for misusing campaign funds. After a run in with prison guards, he was placed in solitary confinement, and then he was moved from North Carolina to a new facility in Alabama. So what did Jr. do? He was advising other prisoners of their rights behind bars. The guards didn’t like it, and that’s when the problems started. Jr. is scheduled to be released from prison December 31, 2015, and then his wife Sandi starts her prison sentence. She pleaded guilty to falsifying tax returns. The couple, have two young children, have been allowed to serve their sentences at different times.

After 32 years in late night, David Letterman has announced his retirement. The comedian started NBC's post Tonight Show franchise Late Night as that show's first host in 1982. After being passed up for The Tonight Show in favor of Jay Leno, Letterman moved to CBS with The Late Show in 1993. Letterman will step away from TV sometime in 2015. Now the big question is, who will replace Letterman? Could it be Comedian and former HBO Talk Show Host Chris Rock? Or, maybe it’s time for a woman to do a late night show?

We honor the life and legacy of Former Philadelphia Newsman Chuck Stone. Along with his 19 years as a columnist for the Philadelphia Daily News (1972-1991), Stone was the first president of the internationally acclaimed National Association Of Black Journalists. He was also a Tuskegee airman. Stone touched all parts of the community to the point where even 75 murder suspects, who would have otherwise remained fugitives, turned themselves into him instead of authorities. That's how much trust the legendary columnist earned through his storied career. Chuck Stone died at the age of 89.

Famed Actor Mickey Rooney has died. One of the last actors of the famous Hollywood studio system, Rooney began his career in Vaudeville as a child performer. He soon signed to the legendary MGM studios and became famous for his performances in Boy's Town and the Andy Hardy movie series. Rooney was the highest paid actor in Hollywood for several years and was the top office draw from 1939-41. After outgrowing his teenage stardom, Rooney's life took many turns in career, love and money. He was married eight times and had 9 children. Management problems caused him to file for bankruptcy, and he became a character actor in film and TV to rebuild his career. Despite an elder abuse scandal between him, his wife and stepson, the Oscar nominated Rooney's final film appearance will be a scene in the upcoming sequel to A Night At The Museum, which he's appeared in previously. His last TV appearance was as an audience member of Jay Leno's final Tonight Show earlier this year. Mickey Rooney was 93.
