MIND: We all need some down time, even the mind. Make time in your day to take it easy. Take a break after work so the brain can rebalance itself to be more productive. Spend the time you need to work hard and focus on your project, then listen to music, relax, meditate, pray or do light exercises before going to bed.
BODY: Yes you can do it. Exercise is a lifestyle so include it into your week. This is a great time to get outdoors, wake up in the morning and work that body. Move it slow and easy until you can pick up the pace. You will feel and see a difference in the little steps you make.
SOUL: You change the world, the world does not have to change the essence of who you are.
