There's a huge emphasis on STEM - Science, math, technology and engineering but we can't forget that the arts promote skills important in academic and life success.  Check out Top 10 skills children learn from the arts.

So take advantage of free music programs like the one coming up April 10th with the Philadelphia Orchestra and Philadelphia Youth who are performing a  Concert at Temple University's Temple Performing Arts Center.

MEE productions clued us in on this unique celebration of music and innovation where members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Temple University Brass Quintet and young musicians from local music programs will be playing side by side at this exciting FREE community event.
